Emily and Eoin at Ballyvolane House

Ballyvolane House will always mean a lot to me. It’s where Dee and I were married, and returning there always feels special. Emily and Eoin’s day carried that same sense of warmth and belonging. It was small and quiet in the best possible way. Just family and a few close friends gathered under one roof. No fuss, no show, just love and laughter echoing through the house. They got ready down the hall from one another, music and chatter drifting between rooms, the whole place alive with that gentle Ballyvolane rhythm.

They said their vows in the woods, there’s really nowhere better, sunlight shining through the trees as they stood together, calm yet full of emotion. Afterwards the day unfolded slowly, long drinks, conversation, laughter and music in the air. The soft September sun was the perfect addition. This really is the kind of day that reminds me why photographs matter.
