Still Got Soul – Soul Purpose

I shot the wedding of Caroline and Andrew at the Westgrove Hotel in Clane a couple of weeks ago of which I’ll be sharing with you all in the very near future (there’s a reason I’m holding back on the wedding posts recently – all will become clear very soon but it’ll be worth the wait).

Anyway – the band for the evening was Soul Purpose. This is a band who I’ve seen before and instantly added to my very select list of recommended bands (under my wedding venues and suppliers page). I remember the lead singer had an incredible voice and rest of the band created an amazing sound.

This time though I noticed that there was a slightly different lineup. A new lead singer and a couple of different musicians. No way could they be as good as the old setup I thought…. I was wrong.

Not only were they just as good, they’re even better. The floor was packed in an instant and who could ask for more. They have shot straight to the top of my list of favourite wedding bands.
