Redbull Illume exhibition

If I don’t write this little blog post now it’ll be too late so this will be short and sweet.

Trinity College is currently hosting the Redbull Illume exhibition. If you haven’t heard of it already it’s a photographic exhibition showcasing 50 incredible photographs from the world of action and adventure sports. The images are blown up to pretty big proportions and housed inside giant light boxes. Each image really jumps out at you.

As the photographs are lit from behind it’s all about seeing them in the dark, so the exhibition is only open from 8-10pm. I went tonight (Thursday) as it’ll be my only opportunity to see it. I wanted to take lots of shots of people wandering about etc but it was lashing. So after a while I decided to pack the camera away and just enjoy the show for myself.
