Real Wedding – Niamh and Patrick

This post was supposed to be a sneak peek from a few weeks back but I think I’ve gotten a bit heavy handed with the ‘brief’ selection of shots for this post to be classed as a sneak peak.

Niamh and Patrick tied the knot back at the end of March on a beautiful spring day. You may remember Niamh and Patrick from a post not so long ago called ‘My first wedding video’. I obviously had a lot of energy on that particular day because when I got home I was shocked to find that I’d taken in excess of 2200 shots not to mention the video footage to make the little video. I wish i could remember what I ate that day… whatever it was, it was the right kinda stuff.

Niamh and Patrick were one of those super couples that us photographers dream of having. Always smiling and laughing but also being cute together. Patrick couldn’t take his eyes of Niamh and is it any wonder – what a gorgeous bride.

After their ceremony at St Colmcille’ Church in Knocklyon, we set off on our motorway journey to Mount Wolseley in Tullow. With an hour on so on the road getting the bridal party and family shots over with as quick and as painless as possible was imperative so that Niamh and Patrick could soak up as much of the day as possible. It only took a a few short minutes in the garden where the evening sun was just peaking through the branches and we were done. These guys are pros.

So then, with that I give you Niamh and Patrick. Oh, and I’ve included the little video I did for them too incase you missed it first time around.

Congrats guys!

And their little wedding video :)
