My new toy!

Anyone who knows me well enough knows that my favourite website is Photojojo. It’s full of everything I want but nothing I actually need. Last week I could resist no longer and bought the little Zumi camera. It’s basically a little (seriously little..) camera that replicates the look of old 8mm film cameras.
It arrived a couple of days ago and today Dee and I brought it into town. It’s amazing how easy and simple it is to use and editing this little video was a cinch on iMovie. I added a little bit of film grain and jitter to make it all the more “Wonder Years-y”

I spent an age searching for a videographer who had this camera to use for my wedding video like the offering of this fabulous video – cracker!

Anyway couldn’t find anyone in Sydney so had to get the guys to “make” our video resemble the 8mm look…mmm just not the same! Definately an option for all those brides out there! It is certainly beautiful and evokes a more romantic, intimate, “memories” and most importantly FUN feeling.

I flipping love that video you posted! It’s amazing. Maybe with my trusty sidekick Dee, we could try and replicate something half as good as that. You’ll just have to wait and see.
